1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications and games published by Xuan Tuan that link to this policy (our “Apps”). “We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Xuan Tuan. It explains how information is handled when you use our Apps or contact us.
Features and third-party services vary by app, platform, and version. A section describing advertising, analytics, attribution, or another optional service applies where that service is used. App-specific notices and privacy controls provide additional information about the features available in the app you use.
2. Information handled by our Apps
Depending on the app, enabled services, and your permissions, information may include:
- Device and technical information: IP address, device model, operating system, language, app version, app installation identifiers, and diagnostic information such as crash reports.
- App activity: sessions, interactions with game features, progress-related events, and performance information used to understand and improve the app.
- Advertising and attribution information: ad impressions, clicks, ad revenue, installation or campaign information, and advertising identifiers where their use is permitted. IP addresses may also be used to infer an approximate country or region.
- Information you provide: your email address and the contents of messages or attachments you send when requesting support or exercising privacy rights.
- Information stored on your device: game saves, settings, and privacy choices. Local storage does not by itself mean that this information is transmitted to us.
Not all of these categories are collected by every app. Some information is collected directly by the third-party services described below. Advertising and technical information is not necessarily anonymous merely because it does not include your name.
3. How information is used
Information is used to operate app features, preserve settings, deliver remote configuration, diagnose problems, improve gameplay and reliability, respond to support requests, and prevent fraud or abuse. In apps that use advertising or measurement services, information is also used to display advertisements, measure ad performance, and understand which campaigns lead to installations or app activity, subject to applicable permissions and choices.
4. Third-party services and sharing
Our Apps use third-party services for the purposes described below where those services are integrated and enabled. These providers may receive information directly through their software in the app. Their policies explain their own processing, retention, and privacy options.
- Google AdMob: advertising delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention. See Google Privacy Policy.
- Firebase: remote configuration, app analytics, or crash reporting, depending on which Firebase products the app uses. Disabling optional analytics does not necessarily disable remote configuration or every Firebase service. See Firebase Privacy and Security.
- Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay: advertising and ad mediation. Mediation can involve additional advertising partners identified in the applicable advertising privacy message or partner information. See Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
- Tenjin: campaign attribution and advertising performance measurement in apps where Tenjin is enabled. Its inclusion here does not mean it is active in every app. See Tenjin Privacy Policy.
- Meta/Facebook: advertising or app measurement in apps that integrate these services. See Meta Privacy Policy.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to respond to a valid legal request, or as necessary to investigate abuse and protect users or our legal rights. If you follow an advertisement or an external link, the destination service operates under its own privacy policy.
5. Advertising, consent, and your choices
Where required, an app requests consent or provides privacy choices before the relevant optional processing. Advertising consent messages may be provided through Google's User Messaging Platform. The availability and content of these messages depend on the app, your region, and applicable requirements.
On iOS, apps that request permission for tracking use Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. Denying tracking permission does not prevent you from playing our games. Advertising consent or an in-app measurement choice does not override an iOS tracking denial. You can review tracking permissions in your device's Settings.
Where provided, the app's Settings or Privacy choices screen lets you change optional analytics or attribution choices and reopen advertising privacy options. You may also use the privacy and advertising controls provided by your operating system or the relevant service provider. If you cannot find an applicable control, contact us using the address below.
Declining personalized advertising or tracking does not necessarily remove advertisements or stop all network communication. Services needed to deliver permitted ads, provide configuration, or prevent fraud may still process relevant information. Withdrawing consent affects future processing based on that consent; it does not automatically erase information already processed. You can separately request deletion.
6. Legal grounds and regional rights
Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing relies on consent for activities that require it, providing the service you request, legitimate interests such as reliability and fraud prevention where permitted, or compliance with legal obligations.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of certain advertising-related disclosures that local law treats as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
To make a request, contact us and identify the app and platform concerned. We may request limited information necessary to verify and locate your data. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information. Requests concerning information held independently by a provider can also be submitted using that provider's privacy channels.
7. Retention and deletion
We retain information under our control only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy. The period depends on the type of information, whether a support request remains open, operational needs, and any legal or fraud-prevention requirements. Information is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer needed, subject to applicable obligations.
Information collected by third-party providers is subject to their retention practices and the configuration of the relevant service. Uninstalling an app stops its future activity on that installation, but does not by itself delete information already held by us or a provider. Local data may also remain in device or platform backups. Contact us for assistance with deletion requests.
8. Children's privacy
The intended audience and available features depend on the app. This policy does not override any app-specific age restrictions or protections required for children. Where parental consent or special restrictions on data use are required, those requirements apply to the relevant processing.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information through one of our Apps in a way that should not have occurred, please contact us with the app name and relevant details so we can investigate and take appropriate action, including deletion where required.
9. Security and international processing
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. Third-party services may process information in countries other than your own. Applicable transfer safeguards and further information are described in the relevant providers' policies.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our Apps or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest update. When required, material changes will be communicated through the app or another appropriate notice, and new consent will be requested where necessary. Updating this policy does not itself turn on optional processing you have declined.
